The soldiers will get to shop about once a month depending on location, and take long convoys to the centers. They are spread extremley thin throughout the country. From what I've been told the p/x (like wal-mart for military) is always empty b/c ppl come from all over to shop there. Many will loose their jobs or be demoted, so out of fear or denial they don't seek help. People have to reach out to these victims anyway and anywhere possible. I.E.
